Corrections to Agent Skill Verdicts: Public Log and How to Report an Error
Verify AI Skills corrects material errors in its Agent Skill verdicts publicly. Each correction is logged with the previous wording, the source, the date and whether the verdict changed. Agent Skills are SKILL.md packages that AI agents load. They change quickly, and readers install them on the strength of a verdict. A wrong fact on a verdict page needs a visible fix.

What does Verify AI Skills correct in a verdict?
Verify AI Skills corrects material errors in a verdict publicly and in place. That covers facts about compatibility, requirements, permissions, safety findings, version or interpretation. Each fix is logged on this page with its date.
- Factual errors in a verdict, a hub or a guide, corrected in place on the affected page.
- Wording problems such as grammar, formatting or broken links, fixed as minor corrections.
How are verdict corrections classified?
Verdict corrections are classified at three levels: minor, material and verdict-affecting. Minor fixes change no fact. Material fixes change a fact, and verdict-affecting fixes change a score, label, confidence, safety grade or hub rank.
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Minor | Grammar, formatting or broken links, with no factual effect |
| Material | A factual change to compatibility, requirements, permissions, safety findings, version or interpretation |
| Verdict-affecting | A change to a score, verdict label, confidence level, safety grade or hub ranking |
Every claim in a correction request is weighed under the rules a correction is checked against. A corrected verdict is still a verdict, so a human editor reviews it before it is republished.
What does each correction entry record?
Each correction entry records what changed: the affected page, the previous wording and the corrected information. It names the supporting source and the date of the fix. It states whether the verdict changed.
- Affected page
- Previous wording
- Corrected information
- Supporting source
- Date
- Verdict status (changed or unchanged)
Which corrections have been published?
No corrections have been published yet, as of 2026-10-26. New entries appear in the log above, newest first, and stay part of the public record. Old entries are never removed.
The log at the top of this page fills in reverse chronological order. Entries for corrections that left the verdict unchanged stay in the log too.
How do you report an error in an Agent Skill verdict?
Report an error in an Agent Skill verdict through the Request a correction form. Include the page URL, the disputed wording and a primary source, such as an issue, commit or release. Name the version it covers.
- Copy the URL of the affected page. The library lets you find the verdict you want to correct.
- Quote the disputed wording exactly as it appears.
- Attach a primary source where one exists: an issue, a commit or a release.
- Name the version or commit the source covers.
- Send it through the Request a correction form on this page.
A primary source lets the claim be checked against the reviewed version.
Can a skill publisher change a verdict through a correction?
No. A skill publisher can submit evidence, fixes and documentation, but never approves the final verdict. A correction changes a verdict only when the evidence shows a material error in it.
A publisher's own claims and benchmarks count as publisher claims, never as independent evidence. The editorial policy lists what publishers and payment cannot change.
What happens when the skill changed after review?
A change to the skill after review is not a correction. A new release or a fixed defect triggers a re-review of the verdict. The page states what changed, and the verdict stands until then.
- A verdict covers one pinned commit, the exact version of the skill's files we read.
- A newer release, a scripts or network change, or an issue closed after review is a re-review signal.
- The verdict page lists those signals under "What changed since our review?", with the verdict unchanged until re-review.
A correction fixes our error about the reviewed version. A re-review records a new commit and a new review date.

Do corrections change hub rankings?

Are old correction entries removed?
No. Every entry remains part of the public record.
