How we review

Privacy and submitted information

How the current site handles inquiry and interest-list details.

What is collected

Forms store the information you submit: name where requested, email, source URL, relationship, message, request type, consent time and the page you submitted from. An interest-list entry may also record the skill or collection you were viewing.

Why it is used

Inquiry details are used to route and handle the request. Interest-list details record your interest in future editorial updates. Joining an interest list does not mean automated source alerts are running. Commercial inquiries are kept separate from newsletter interest.

Storage and abuse prevention

Submissions are stored as private WordPress records available to authorized site administrators. A temporary keyed hash of the request IP is used for rate limiting and expires after an hour. Infrastructure logs may also record technical request information.

External resources

The site loads typography from Google Fonts; requesting those files connects your browser to Google’s servers. Repository and documentation links open third-party services with their own data practices.

Correction and removal

Use Contact to request correction or removal of submitted information, quoting the reference if available. Do not send additional sensitive information to prove your identity unless a specific, appropriate method has been agreed.

Service changes

Email delivery, payments or additional analytics require corresponding updates to this notice before activation. This notice describes the present implementation, not a claim of certification or a universal compliance guarantee.
